Sleep up to six with a sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area. Both spacious bedrooms feature a private en-suite bath. Lounge around the shared outdoor pool and hot tub. (PLEASE NOTE: The pool is temporarily unavailable through October 8, 2018.) Walk directly from the poolside to the Gulf shore, bringing along the beach umbrella and chairs provided for guests. The open-concept space is kept cool and comfortable with central air. In the living area, host a movie night—choose one from the DVD collection and watch it on the 32” TV. The full kitchen provides everything you’ll need to cook and eat in. Gather for meals at the dining table for four; there are also two bar stools at the counter—ideal for a quick breakfast or snack. Guests staying in the king-size master bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bath. The queen-size guest room features a 21” TV and an en-suite bath. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower configuration. Sleep an additional two guests on the sleeper sofa—they will enjoy waking up to natural sunlight streaming through the sliding glass balcony doors. Reserved parking for one vehicle is included. Spring Break During spring break wristbands may be required with extra fees. This was our first time in this particular unit, which is managed by Vacasa and not some of other local management companies. The check in/out process is fully remote, you never see or speak to another person - just get a series of emails/texts with instructions. The unit was good, fantastic location steps from the beach. Beds are comfortable, no discernible noise from other units but we did hear noise from the street. The provided box fans were great for drowning out noise at night. Dishwasher does not work, as the soap compartment is fused shut. We were a party of five who preferred to eat in, so hand-washing dishes for six days was a little frustrating. There is a minimal supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, so be prepared to bring your own or make a run to the supermarket. We noticed ants in the kitchen on our first day but they disappeared after a few hours. Make sure you leave promptly by check out time, as the door codes are changed immediately at 10 am. Thankfully we were packed and loaded by then, else we might have been locked out. Despite some inconveniences, you can’t beat the location. Overall our stay was good. ##### Jessica C. We absolutely loved this home and it's location to the beach! The balcony is huge and we could all sit outside together. We enjoyed the perfect view and sound of the beach. When we cooked, the kitchen had what we needed. The pool was great after a day at the beach. It was in the shade later in the day and we could still swim. We are already trying to plan another trip to this condo! 😊Parking is in the shaded garage, has an elevator and luggage carts for you to use. It was clean and we'll stocked,except, there are no kitchen towels. Minor inconvenience that paper towels took care of. They provide alot of beach gear but no boogie boards. The pool and hot tub were always clean and enjoyable. The gulf was just steps away! ##### Heather B. Unit is well maintained overall, seemed a little old but you get what you pay for. Host response was very quick when we let them know parking tags were missing. Only thing we didn’t like is that the lights don’t come on in any of the bedrooms. Other than that no complaints and would definitely pick it next time we visit. ##### Ram k. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything overall was good. Weather was not the best. Out of our 5 day stay, we only had one full day of sun. Mother Nature for ya! The location of this condo was super convienent. However, parking could be a little tight if you drive a big vehicle and have to park underneath the facility. Another little note I’d like to add, although the cleanliness of the condo was good, we could tell during our arrival/stay that the floors had not been mopped. ##### Mike D. The property is right on the beach, with a lovely ocean view and sunrise. A little work was being done on the beach when we got there, but it was cleaned and out of the way that night. The home was clean, with plenty of dishes and a full kitchen for cooking. There were no paper towels, so make sure you bring your own. The rooms were comfy, though the mattresses were a bit worn. Mine was some memory foam that cratered each night, so I had to change the side of the bed I was sleeping on. The wifi had to be reset several times, and the TVs were tiny. We did have a problem with the AC not cooling when we got there. It didn’t get fixed until the next day. That was the only issue we had. The condo was nice and clean. The balcony door in the main bedroom does not lock so they have a stick to use to keep it from opening. I think that should be a priority to get fixed. There is also only 3 lamps in main room to use for light and the one on the dresser wasn’t plugged in and a hassle to try to reach. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean space. Plenty of room for a family of four. The décor is quite dated, and the lighting is dim, but it is well-stocked with plenty of towels, pillows and bedding, as well as all the kitchen utensils you would ever need. Premium beach access -this condo is right on the beach. We loved opening the sliding glass doors and hearing the sound of the water from inside in the dining, kitchen, or living area, and the view is spectacular on the beach side. The only two things I would mention is the TV and lamp did not work in the "master" bedroom, and the advertisement said there were chairs available to take to the beach and there are not, so make sure to bring your own chairs and shade. There is a nice "toy" box with lots of things for the beach including mats. Overall we were satisfied. ##### Stephanie G.
