Centrally located on the island, a plethora of dining, nightlife, and shopping are all within walking distance. The comfortable living area is furnished with a plush sofa and a love seat. Light and airy finishes and coastal decor create a tranquil ambiance. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a drip coffee pot, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot, Ninja air fryer, and Ninja margarita blender. Property is mid 80s but in nice shape. Pool was closed for repairs but no fault of owner. Place was nice and patio is great for relaxing and veiwing of the ocean. It's location was phenomenal as it was right on the water (gulfside). The host had everything you need for a beach day - umbrella, chairs, mats, cooler, and sand toys. The property had a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not very warm and the pool was not heated - our kids liked both anyways! Very well supplied. The umbrellas, beach chairs and chairs, a plus. Very clean and cool. We are definitely coming back again. Had lots of amenities and easy beach access and awesome views. The only downside was distance to bars, shops and restaurants. You definitely need a rental car or use the Metro.
