Summary:  
Gorgeous 1 bedroom studio services up all the comforts of home, plus a furnished balcony with immaculate gulf bay views and community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Even better, the beach is only a quick walk from this condo. Easily enjoy all your favorite coastal pastimes, soak up the sun on the beach, or head to Schlitterbahn Waterpark for a day of thrills! The building also has an elevator and coin operated washer/dryer for your convenience!

This is a special place to spend your vacation or relax! It is close to the beach, and has amazing amenities including a pool, BBQ grills in pool yard and super close to the Schlitterbahn Waterpark!!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Wristbands required for guest over the age 10 to 35 years old for the month of March and Holiday weekends. There is a $30 fee per person paid to the HOA.  
  
Additional fees may be added for guests that do not follow the rules:
