"Our first time at the Kimberly Hotel and we had a great memorable experience! Staff was very welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Rooftop breakfast was fun while celebrating my son’s birthday. Great views of NYC too. The Italian restaurant downstairs was very good and staff was also very attentive. Great location on the east side with lots of shops and places to see. Central Park zoo is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. "

"It was a teenie tiny room with dorm style shared bathrooms, but hey, it was cheaper than a regular hotel by $100 a night so I'll take it. You get what you pay for, and for this price, it's definitely worth it. The location is awesome and super convenient and located near a bunch of train lines.
