This property has the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation rental. Was great for the few meals we cooked together. The grill on the deck was great too. Location is convenient to all activities. If you are considering this rental because it is pet friendly, please know that pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture… so don’t plan on cuddling with your pup. Properties that advertise as pet friendly but really aren’t is a pet peeve of mine. ##### Robert B. House was great and communication with host property manager was great as well. We were only disappointed with the strict occupancy rules. My adult nephew was able to get off work in time for our thanksgiving trip and when I asked if he could stay (there were plenty of extra beds) we were told no and that the occupancy was strictly 8 adults. My daughter ended up having to stay elsewhere to accommodate their strict rules. We would have paid extra or whatever but it was a hard no. Also we had hoped to have family staying close by over for games during the day but were too afraid to based on the occupancy rules. It did sort of dampen our fun to be so concerned about it. It may just be Tahoe’s strict rules but we rented the house specifically to be near our family cabin and it was too bad we couldn’t host after they hosted us for thanksgiving dinner ##### Kim V.
