Just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, and downtown shopping, the home provides the perfect balance of outdoor adventure and convenient access to dining, entertainment, and recreation.

The home features a comfortable living area designed for relaxing after a day exploring Tahoe. With a warm and welcoming layout across two levels, guests will find plenty of space to gather and unwind in a peaceful mountain setting.

The full kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer, making the home convenient for longer stays or active outdoor adventures.

This home is located approximately fifteen minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe beaches, and downtown shopping. Stateline, the casinos, and Heavenly Village are about twenty minutes away. Sierra-at-Tahoe and Kirkwood ski resorts are also within driving distance, providing additional winter recreation options.

Reservation Requirements
Reservations are not confirmed until the rental contract is signed and a copy of a valid ID is submitted, as required by the Sheriff’s Department.

Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests must pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.

Local Ordinances
South Lake Tahoe regulations require quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Parking is limited to driveway capacity. This home allows a maximum of 2 cars.

Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.

Pet Policy
This property is dog-friendly for one to two dogs. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. Advance notice is required and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dogs. If pets are brought without prior notice, an additional non-refundable charge will apply.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.

Family winter vacation

Nice location and cabin is well equipped.Needs a deep cleaning and time for a quick fumigation; found lots of spider webs and some spiders in living room and upstairs.Kitchen is nice, but sadly the BBQ didn’t work so we had to improvise and used the small grill in the stove.Happy new year!
