The hotel is a great location in South Lake Tahoe. However, there is a $10 dollar charge for parking and finding an open parking on the property is quite difficult and frustrating. The room was nothing special.

We chose this hotel for its location close to eateries etc. Younge lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the bar area next door and had everything we wanted. We ate in the bar the first night and my husband said his fries were the best he'd had. They had a happy hour which we used.

The carpet needs proper cleaning, the refrigerator is too small that the bottled water barely fits and it it took hours to make our drinks cold. We were expecting to have a microwave oven in our room but none. Beds, airconditioning unit and breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Just need a little walking to restaurants, souvenier shops. Cute motor lodge with walkability to beaches, shopping, dining and casinos. No heated pool (as advertised) and very noisy property. Didn't get much sleep as you can hear guests coming and going at all hours. Nice staff and full breakfast included. Family friendly including dogs.

We stayed for the 4th. It was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms seemed recently renovated, minus the bathrooms. The hotel was booked and we didn’t hear our neighbors which is always good, and their inclusive breakfast buffet was nice. Lastly, the location of this hotel was really the highlight for us. Would definitely recommend for a quick get away.
