We really loved the neighborhood. Very beautiful and quite. Since we are not a rowdy bunch, the rules on the contract were easy for us to adhere too. The only issue we had was the trash that was already placed in the bins when we arrived. We had to place our trash in the garage. We loved the location! There was a tv in one bedroom upstairs that wasn’t in working order but we were so busy the whole time we were fine with it. We also had a poor experience with a customer service call. When we arrived we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. When we spoke with Sean from the intake center he explained that it is normal and that it takes a few hours for it to come up to temp. When he hung up he accidentally called right back and had no idea he was speaker phone complaining to someone about the call I had just made. He was very unprofessional but the manager assured me he would be spoken to about his behavior.Overall I would highly recommend staying here Beautiful, clean home close to so many great beaches, Heavenly village and the casinos. ##### Samantha Y.
