"Most impressive thing to us was the friendliness and courtesy show by both the front desk team and the room service team. Property was clean, updated and with easy transportation option (shuttle and affordable taxi) to the aiport. The bed was a bliss. "While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect. "
