  • Beach house with fantastic view of Block Island in the charming quiet village of Matunuck. Five minute walk to South Kingstown town beach for gentler surf and playground. A short bike ride to Moonstone Beach (nature preserve),Mary Carpenters Beach and "Deep Hole" Beach (surfing and fishing).

    Kayaking is close by at the pond or sea kayaking at Deep Hole. The house is a short drive to sightseeing, shopping and great restaurants at Snug Harbor, Watch Hill, Narragansett, Mystic, Wickford and Newport.

    The house has three bedrooms, two full baths and two decks with ocean views. There is a sleeping loft as well and a large yard. Beach passes are included in the rental. There are two queen beds in two bedrooms and a single bed and double bed suitable for a children's room in another bedroom.
