    This 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for your South County summer get- away. Enjoy kayaking and boating on Narrow River and then just a 5 minute drive to Narragansett Pier for your day on the beach, surfing, shopping and dining. Convenient location in a quiet rural area yet close to all the activities of the beach community.

Fun little getaway!

We came to the Narragansett area to attend a wedding at the little chapel in Saunderstown. This was the perfect location for us and we were very impressed by the care given to this little cottage. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beach Cottage Bingo

As advertised, wonderful little cottage, close to everything. Hosts were outstanding. Had everything you would need for a great beach getaway. We would definitely stay there again. We will recommend to friends and family!!!!

Very clean and tidy cottage. From beginning to end, the owners were very responsive and welcoming. We loved the close proximity to great Rhode Island beaches and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard!

Charming & cozy cottage

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, just a short drive from the town beach. Cottage was well equipped with appliances, electronics, & linens. Property manager was friendly and responsive. A+ experience!

The red door cabin was exactly as shown on the website. Great effort had been made to furnish the cabin with the basics of what two people might need for a vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the host, who balanced this style with respect for our privacy. Parking was tight but we managed and think this is an excellent vacation spot.

Convenient

This was a nice clean cottage conveniently located near Narragansett. We loved the kayaking that was down the road on the narrows river. The only thing that was tricky was the very narrow parking space and backing out of the space onto a busy road.

My husband and I were visiting the area for an annual clambake. This cute, comfy cottage and location was a great temporary home for us! Rob found a blouse that I left in the closet and shipped it to me! I mean... how nice is that! Thank you Rob! The next time I am in the Narragansett area I will definitely choose this cottage. It is really in the perfect location! And it is much better than staying at a Hotel - for price and comfort! See you next year!

This was a beautiful spot. Very clean! Had all you needed for a stay. Parking area is very small we only had one truck so it was fine. Only suggestion we would give is if you do not like an extra firm mattress bring a pad. It was very hard to sleep on. Contact with the owner was great.

Great little cottage

Tricia and I very much enjoyed our two-night stay at the Falcones' lovely little cottage in South Kingstown. The cottage is cozy and as neat as a pin. Plus, it's right up the road from Narrow River, where you can kayak.

Wonderful Cottage near the Beach

The property was exactly as listed. It was neat and comfortable. Everything was supplied and the host was great to work with, answering any questions promptly. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend a week. The bonus was that the area was just wonderful with so much to see and do. Thanks to the hosts.
