- The home sits on park like property with a private pool, hot tub, deck, patio, and is only minutes to beaches. Beach passes included for 2 cars to South Kingstown Town Beach- next to the Ocean Mist and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream! The home is a 25 minute drive to Watch Hill and Newport. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, central air conditioning, and a game room with table tennis, shuffle board and table soccer. This poolside vacation villa is an ideal location for a family vacation or couples get away. Maximum occupancy of 10 at the property at all times- strictly enforced. There is a 9pm community noise ordinance, this is a family oriented neighborhood!
