We went to the pool-no chairs available and no one enforcing 2-chairs rule (all lounge chairs were taken very early in the morning); we went to the beach-lounge chairs were locked up (at other hotels they were not); we came back from the beach soaking wet at 11:30am-no towels and no one there to help; one night the elevators were out of order. For the mandatory resort fee, I received... two bottles of water. I'm not saying don't stay here - but I am saying that you should not expect anything more than a room near the beach. "Horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is not newly renovated it is a very old outdated filthy motel that they slapped cabinets over. Don’t be deceived by the pictures listed on their website and hotels.com. Rust staining, plastered over mold, dirty walls, bodily fluids on furniture. Not a resort! Couldn’t even contact anyone the first night to leave. They close the office. They refunded the rest of my nights which was nice but wouldn’t refund the first night which I would not have stayed had it not been so late and torrential downpouring at the time. I had my 3 kids and couldn’t just leave to find another place. Nightmare of a stay! "
