"Property is under HEAVY remodeling which is great to finally see!! BUT….next door “residents..” we’re arguing n fighting nonstop from 1am until 4am, at that point I gave up on sleep and called the front desk. Definitely a trucker hotel too since it’s got great access to I95. If you’re traveling w dogs and need just a place to TRY and sleep n shower - this is it. I hope they redo that whole people living there situation because it can only help the new owners…"

"Terrible. This hotel is completely run down and needs a complete renovation. The lobby was misleading, it was in good condition but the rooms themselves were dirty with stains on towels and curtains. The bathroom had mold around the shower and sink. We had to move rooms because we were placed in an adjoining room and although we weren’t using it as an adjoining room, you could hear the other guests clearly talking. The staff was wonderful and moved us quickly to a different room. But the next room we were in was just as dirty. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All the staff we encountered were great, but the facility is not. "

"I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times and this stay was a disappointment. In my room, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. My TV only received a signal from one station. On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"

"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building… As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT He was high beyond belief, not making any sense what so ever and finally after a total of 3.5 hours finally I was in my room. "

"Don’t book at this hotel. I’m not a type of person who likes writing reviews, but this was a must. I don’t want people to have a bad experience, the same way I did. First, this place is like a scam, its not described as it was on the internet. The place is disgusting, the room and bathroom overall is very dirty, smelly (most likely weed). I literally breathe during my stays, I booked it from Saturday to Monday, cause I needed to attend a concert at the UBS Arena, and this hotel was the closest. I don’t recommend anyone booking their stays there. Besides of the dirtiness, you hear people arguing strongly and slamming things. It’s not safe to anyone, especially if you bring kids. The environment is not it. If I can rate this hotel to zero, I would. Bad experience overall. "

"Breakfast was great and they kept it clean and fresh and replenished often! Staff was helpful, rooms were clean. The only thing i would note it the pool area needed bigger towels to actually dry off with. And it was quite cold in and around the pool. Also free parking would have been better. "

"The Good: The sheets and towels were always fresh & clean, shower & hot water good. Parking excellent. Heat & A/C unit excellent. The Bad: This place is for anyone who only needs a shower and a bed. All 4 pillows on the bed rate the worst I have ever had around the entire world. I have no sense of smell, and I could smell stuff that I could not identify. No elevator which I was told up front so you have to climb a straight set of steps. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HOTEL COULDN'T AFFORD TO PUT OUT SOME COFFEE IN THE LOBBY OR THE "NOT USED, FORMER" BREAKFAST AREA. There is no staff other than a person sitting behind a window. The Ugly: Our room was a complete mismatch of furnishings. The entire building (including our room) is very old looking and worn out. Our bathroom door would not close and has patched holes in it.
