Gabby was so helpful and she made my husband and myself feel so comfortable and welcome. She doesn’t just have a job but she takes ownership. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay with them again!

Great location, clean hotel, and super friendly and helpful staff. The complementary breakfast was a good selection and always hot. The water pressure for the shower wasn’t great but a small price to pay for such a wonderful location and experience.

This is a great and clean place to stay. It was very quiet the 2 nights we stayed. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! The only negative thing I have to say is the outdoor trash can was overflowing for the 2 days we stayed. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a fall weekend to enjoy the changing leaf colors and sample some wines from around the area. The hotel was located a perfect distance from a variety of Southwestern Michigan towns, so we spent a lot of time outdoors. We were about a mile from downtown South Haven, so our hotel was away from the crowds and traffic. The hotel is about 1/2 mile from I-196, so there was no road noise. We were able to check in early, and the check-in procedure was quick. Our room was extremely clean. I was a bit nervous walking across the floors as I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but the carpet and tile seemed clean. There were stains in the carpeting, but I guess that's to be expected after 4 years of wear and tear. The king-size bed was comfy. We asked for fresh towels daily—housekeeping came in, refreshed the towels, and made the bed (which was unexpected but a nice welcome). Breakfast changed each day. I'm not a fan of omelettes, so we did not eat breakfast on our final day. However, the bacon was incredible!!! I wish they had offered bacon and scrambled eggs every day—my protein for the day would have been complete! My boyfriend, who is a coffee snob, LOVED the coffee and raved about how fantastic it was. Overall, this weekend was a perfect getaway, and the hotel experience was part of the reason!
