About this property
Beach and pool are right there to enjoy!
- The studio is being offered for the first time in 2024. Beautifully decorated, nothing says beach more than this condo. We have openings left for summer.
An amazing view of Lake Michigan! This studio condo has everything you need for an amazing week in South Haven. Our studio provides a relaxing time at the lake, which includes, our community pool, 280 feet of private beachfront, and all within a short walk to town for shopping and dining. This is on the second floor and faces the Lake and Packard Park. Beautiful long coastal view, We have the best place for sunsets, beach walks, and morning coffee on the deck.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the association property, including beach buildings, patio, parking lot and of course your condo. If you or anyone in your party does smoke, this breaks our lease agreement and you`ll be asked to leave the property immediately.
If you bring additional guests on property who have not been registered and which are not part of the original number in your reservation, they will be asked to leave immediately and we will consider asking you to leave as well.
