Booked this hotel mainly due to the late flight departure time. Great location and the best airport hotel we stayed in.

Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, excellent staff throughout the hotel, rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for several of the sites and activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in great location. Very quick check in and very good room and facilities

The hotel is modern and clean. High floor gives me a good view enjoying the rising sun. The breakfast is full of choice and is generous. Also the staff are very helpful during breakfast time. The hotel situates in the district that have shopping mall and many decent restaurants and cafes. Local food is around. Also it is next to the MRT station offering convenient transportation and connecting to other popular places.

We have spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was fantastic. We were really happy with the location. Staff were great. Polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Extra bed for our daughter arrived before we made it from the lift to our room. Rooms were very clean and decent in size. Gym and swimming pool were great and we all loved it. Place was neat and sparkling clean. Customer service was friendly. One cons is that WiFi was bit slower.

I like Changi village area and the pools are great. Have been here a few times always good.

In an older part of town with several local bars and restaurants. Interesting shopping malls and plenty to see. Local buses to all parts of Singapore for the ardent explorer.

I was there for 2 nights... and stay 2 more! Highly recommended (ignore previous negative criticisms about a previous hotel at this same address) Everything is brand new (it opened in March 2017)

We had a great stay at ibis budget Gold. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Pang, who took such wonderful care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service!

This airside hotel makes the journey to Melbourne from the UK bearable. A sleep in this excellent hotel leaves me arriving with little or no jet lag.
