The massive lower-level deck features a Restoration Hardware dining table with seating for 10, a gas grill, and a large seating areas around a cozy propane fire pit. Unwind in the 5 person hot tub with a lounger seat for a full-body massage — all while taking in panoramic water views. A private pathway leads directly to your own kayak and SUP landing, making it easy to launch right from the property.

Inside, the chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes, plus a large island with seating for four and expansive windows showcasing Swan River views.

The home features two separate living rooms, perfect for larger groups:

Living Room 1 – Open to the kitchen, with a sectional for six and a 55” smart TV with access to YouTube TV.

Living Room 2 – A second lounge with another sectional, a 65” smart TV, fireplace, pool table, and foosball.

With four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, there’s room for everyone:

Primary Suite – California king bed, walkout porch, breathtaking Swan River views, blackout shades, private bath, and smart TV.

Bedroom 2 – Walkout porch, Twin day bed and twin trundle bed, blackout shades, and beautiful river views.

Bedroom 3 – Two queen beds with oversized windows overlooking the water.
