"My room wasn't cleaned the first 5 days of my stay even though I asked Lizzie to have it cleaned once. Upon my room finally being cleaned, on the the 6th day of my 7 day stay, things went missing from my room and I had to file a police report for over 2 dozen missing credit cards. I advised the front desk of my missing items, they advised me that management is not in until 9am, it is now 1230pm and no one has reached out from the property. This was by far the worst stay I have had anywhere even before my property went missing. "

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"Honest opinion. The lobby and property grounds were very nice. However the rooms were very dated and the tv was small. The beds were fairly comfortable for me but my husband thought it was a bit lumpy and could feel springs. The beds could use a thicker blanket or spare in the closet. Everything was very clean in the room though. Shower and water pressure were great. The pool was cold for an indoor pool and the hot tub felt great but needs to be resurfaced. The diner was nice for breakfast. We traveled with our grandkids for a little weekend getaway. They enjoyed it and that’s all that really mattered but they would have been in the pool longer if it was slightly warmer. All in all, a bit overpriced and ok but needs improvements."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the daily bottles of water—it was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were both warm and well-maintained, making them perfect for relaxing. Everything throughout the hotel felt clean and well cared for. My only minor complaint was the breakfast. While it was decent, it didn’t include eggs or meat, which would have made it more filling and well-rounded. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable place with great amenities."

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."
