"4/5 Stars – Wonderful Family Stay with Great Amenities! We had a fantastic time overall, and this hotel is truly perfect for families with kids! The indoor pool was an absolute highlight, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We especially loved O’Reilly’s, the restaurant right inside the hotel—the staff and bartenders there were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, and the food was a big hit with the kids. The only reason for taking off one star was our experience at the front desk. The staff came across as a bit dry and detached, and a warmer atmosphere would have made a huge difference to our initial arrival and overall stay. That being said, the stay itself was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a great getaway!"

"Location was good and the staff were friendly. Our room was very clean. The only issue we had was a leak from the fridge and I had slipped and twisted my ankle. Nakia was very helpful, she had filed an incident report, still waiting to hear back from corporate."
