"Room was fine, Bathroom mirror and counter could have been more accommodating, especially for women for make-up application and toilet supplies considering it was titled as a premium, not standard, room. Staff was great and O'Riley's was it's warm and friendly place as usual."

"The room was not clean, did not smell great, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Pictures on walls were askew, not all the lights worked, fan in the bathroom never stopped running, and the TV cut out intermittently. Room keys took many tries for entry. On the plus side, check in was easy and the staff was pleasent. Breakfast looked adequate but we did not partake."

When my first night was disrupted by hallway noise, they responded immediately by apologizing, relocating me, and upgrading my room, which made a big difference. The hotel was very clean, and the service throughout was warm, responsive, and exceptional."
