"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mio while staying at this Cozy Cabin! It is cozy indeed and quite comfortable. The hosts have been thoughtful in providing equipment and amenities that can be used as the weather allows. We stayed during a beautiful snowy time. I look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy what the Ausable River has to offer."

"The property is beautiful. The top deck is great for sitting out and relaxing on. The blackstone was great for grilling out and the seating options were amazing. There was a great selection of rooms for everyone. The kitchen had everything you would need. The main floor and bottom floor were great for hanging out. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use. The access to the bottom floor bathroom was awesome. Overall a great place to go for a relaxing weekend and get away."

"Welcoming, homey cabin with everything we needed and more. Tidy property with a nice picnic table and deck, fire ring, and firewood. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bathroom was clean. Every window had blinds, and they all worked! A few references were on hand to provide us with ideas for day trips and good meals. No overbearing rulebooks, and the WiFi password was in plain sight. "This cute little country house is perfect for my long weekends and vacay to Tawas for lots of fun and family time. The beds are comfy, the house is very clean and it's so nice and quiet out there, yet just a short 10 minute drive to the marina. The owners are responsive and very nice. The extra's , the coffee and snacks and bathroom provisions are nice because I always forget something. I will be back and look forward to staying here again. I am missing it already."

"Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The weather was fantastic and we certainly took full advantage. We brought along our own kayaks and explored just about every square foot of the lake. The cabin was very clean and exactly as advertised. The staff was very helpful and accomidating to all our needs. We are definitely coming back next year."

"The house is great! It can accommodate a big family. The 3 full baths are really helpful. We had our annual family reunion here and Kirk (host) was very responsive to our needs. "Our family really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very nice and we really enjoyed the lake. We used the kayaks and had a great time. Smaller cabin but perfect for a weekend. Comfortable beds! Very happy there was a tv with wifi! Shower is a little small. Neighbors are nice. They do have dogs that run off leash but we are happy with our stay."
