Always a wonderful time staying at the property! Beautiful views with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The owners are incredibly friendly, the cabin feels like a home away from home. Thank you for another wonderful stay! :)
This property is amazing. Spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful view of Big Creek and coffee on the dock in the mornings is amazing. We've stayed here twice so far and will be back!
Fantastic little clean and cozy cabin, great for our mini winter stay-cation! Beautiful creek views and lots of wildlife. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Will come back in the spring to do some fishing.
We loved the secluded, cleanliness, and fishing/bear vibes. Our host was extremely kind, responsive, informative, and the place was perfect for what we are looking out. Look out for wildlife!
This cabin is in a serene and secluded location, a perfect place for some relaxation. We loved the cabin, as it was very clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect spot on the river, and we enjoyed our evenings on the enclosed porch. We will definitely come back.
Had a awesome time. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Owner Nick is very pleasant to talk to. Stay was very quiet and abundant with wildlife. Planning on going back.
The Green cabin was a wonderful peaceful weekend getaway. Having the river out the backdoor is wonderful. The cabin was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Recommended!
Property was just as described.. if not better. Went for a little weekend away and it was perfect. Peaceful.. just the reset we needed. Won’t ever hesitate returning!
Perfect place for some peace and quiet. Listen to the Big Creek flow by and throw the kayak in for a fun and semi-challenging trip directly into the Au Sable. Owner was a great guy to boot. Would definitely go back if welcomed.
Property is well maintained, lots of little touches around the cottage to make it cozy. A nice little place for a couple to get away from life. The wildlife and the creek relaxed and carried all our worries away. I
This was my 5th stay and I can’t wait to go back. Nick and Laura are lovely, gracious hosts and their property is quaint and beautiful. Sitting by the river and watching the birds, a fire as the sun goes down and a sky full of stars, it’s perfect. The Green Cabin has everything needed for a comfortable, cozy stay.
We woke up to a deer walking through the river behind the cabin. We were very happy with this place and we had a wonderful host. Very clean! I would recommend to anyone that wants to feel nanature up close.
I booked this cabin for my husband and I's anniversary - the cabin was so cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Sitting outside by the creek and birdwatching was so relaxing. It was very secluded and gave the perfect 'up north' feeling. We hope to be back so soon!
This cabin was in a very secluded area but easy to navigate to. The back yard was right on Big Creek which was shallow and had a relaxing babbling sound all day and night. Large windows and screened porch was excellent for morning coffee.
This is the third time we stayed at this cabin. We love it!! The owners are great to work with. Cabin is clean and well taken care of. The creek that runs through the back yard is very relaxing to listen to. We had daily visits by many turkeys and a Pileated Woodpecker. We will definitely be back.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Nick, the owner is very nice and takes great care of the property. The creek in the back is so peaceful and the screened in porch is amazing to sit in and listen the the water and watch the animals that come to the bird feeder.
We were looking for a quiet space to enjoy our anniversary and thought we would give this cabin a try. The communication with the owner was outstanding and everything about the property was excellent. We loved sitting by the river reading and we had all our meals in the screened in porch. Outside of one dinner out, we stayed at the cabin the entire time. It was exactly what we were looking for!
Everything was just as pictured. So clean and peaceful! We can't wait to go back. I love that there was no cleaning fee. Nick was wonderful to work with and gave us a call to resolve a problem wiht VRBO. This place is tranquil with the creek literally in the front yard.
