We chose Hocking Hills area for a family getaway. The house was perfect for our family which consists of my wife and I our son with his wife and 3 kids 7,5 and 2 our Daughter and her husband. The house setup was perfect with the three bathrooms and four bedrooms the kids loved the loft area along with the game room.We enjoyed the hikes at Hocking Hills State Park Old Man’s Cave , Ash Cave, Cedar Falls along with other trails. We loved the house and Casey and Dan were wonderful about communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The place is beautiful, clean and has everything you need (ample towels, cookware, etc.) We enjoyed having the streaming services to use on the TV, as well as the hot tub, and the location is very convenient to the spots we wanted to hike. It was large enough for 6 adults and 6 kids from the ages 4-9\. There was lots to do around the area. Host were great. The kitchen and eating area was great for fixing meals and eating with a large family. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub perfect after long hikes, and the fire pit area couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, Dan and Casey were extremely responsive with any questions we had. There are two bat boxes on a detached that hold about 20 bats.. if you go out at around 9pm -915pm you can watch them fly out, my family absolutely loved that!
