For what you’re paying for this is exceptional, Owners/staff were very helpful and polite. Assisted with all queries promptly. Beds were super comfy with fresh linen.. clean room, would book again if needed.. nice location close to city centre..

If I could give 0 I would. The staff was lack of ampathy to our family. We have 4 kids and 5 adults waiting 30 mins for the room. The staff wasn't willing to take us to the room. She was very lazy and provided impossible service to families. We booked 3 rooms, and she told us the Deluxe room is a Junior room. I told her I needed more duvets for the kids, and she said, "Not sure about it. " When she found it, we had to carry it by ourselves. I also carried a duvet from the main building to the annex building in the rain. Frankly, I would say the hotel is just ok: smell, not clean, horribly warm. But the biggest problem is reception.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across the country, but this one truly stands out at the top. I was blown away by the cleanliness and the quality of the facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole experience was worth every bit. I travelled for one night to visit friends, and even they were amazed at how spotless the hotel was. I was pleasantly surprised to find free electric car charging on-site — a very helpful bonus. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning any time I’m visiting Newcastle in the future.

I have stayed at this hotel on two occasions recently and have been very impressed each time. The rooms are of an excellent standard. The breakfast buffet is extremely good and the bar staff are very friendly. Receptionist Ella was particularly helpful .
