"We had a perfect place: security, privacy, cleanliness, and peaceful place to stay while visiting our son and his family. The weather was too cool to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The host (very accommodating) and her family were very nice. The room was perfect with all the amenities to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect with relatively short drives to see anything around the San Deigo area. Simply the best."

"We had a great time at Nancita's house, which was more than just a beachhouse. Check in was flawless. We entered a house that was spotless clean. The photos were very accurate. The backyard is huge and very private, lined with a lot of fruit trees/shrubs. The hottub was large and very comfortable. Nancita is giving a lot of attention to the details that made our stay more comfortable. She provided lots of cleaning supplies, paper towels and also a bathrobe and slippers. "Nice, very old 1930’s building with lots of charm in the Chula Vista area of San Diego. Small rooms but of course for the time it was built it makes sense. Probably could use some paint and general spruce up. The bed was very comfortable and there were large soft bath towels. Quiet peaceful sleep and walk to restaurants and coffee shops."
