Great place- loved the friendly owners, made us feel really welcome. Our room was great, spacious, good amenities & cosy. Loved the unique and interesting art work on the walls. Breakfast was delicious & made to order as well as plenty of fresh fruit & cereal. Ponsonby is far nicer than city centre- great vibe and fab little shops. Town is walkable (20/30 mins or 10 mins bus)

A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did. It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony.
