Very cheap accommodation in an old villa in the heart of Remuera. The property has definitely seen better days, but the bed was comfortable, the staff are very fruendly, and for the price it wad a good deal.

Needs some TLC
Room was big but very dated. Even though it is a beautiful old homestead, the furnishings looked dirty rather than antique. Really needs a bit of TLC and could be a great hotel. Maybe look at ponsonby manor who have similar accommodation but have nailed the interiors and yet they are cheaper to stay at. Staff friendly though and location great.
