"The place was very convenient and comfortable. Fannan was so helpful and friendly all the time. I wasn’t feeling well and they got me boiled potatoes and special foods to accommodate my upset stomach. It just felt like home away from home. I can’t ask for a better hotel. Noureddine was helpful in every way. It was nice to stay within Madina walls to explore the neighborhood thoroughly. "

"Me and my girlfriend stayed at the property for 5 days in the middle of June and loved it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and always ready to help with any query. Ism was particularly nice. Our room was nice with a good bed and air conditioning - although was on the other side of the room so did get a little warm but nothing too bad. Breakfast is very good and fills you up for hours and the tea is amazing. Location is just off a market street but still quiet and if you're doing daytrips to the desert/atlas mountains then the pickup point is a nearby roundabout. Wifi was a little slow at times but not the end of the world. They had a new tablet system whilst we were there that wasn't 100% working while we stayed but the staff were accommodating for what we were booking anyway. Would recommend the Hamman and massage as well as the cooking class. Had a great time. "

"The members of staff always had a smile, they were friendly and welcoming. The riad was a delight and a proper introduction to Moroccan architecture. The restaurants and its decor were so inviting with their locations within the property strategic, one at the ground floor close to the pool and the other at the rooftop. The room was okay, with the weather temperature of over 40 degrees Celsius, the ac in the room was cool and a delight to return after venturing outside. I loved the decor all around the property and would love to visit again."

"From the moment we arrived at Riad Andalla Spa, we felt like royalty. Tucked away in the heart of the medina, this riad was the perfect oasis after the buzz and bustle of Marrakech. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, fresh mint tea, and Moroccan pastries while we relaxed in the beautiful courtyard — it was the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, charmingly decorated, and cool (a lifesaver in the 111°F heat!). The rooftop views at sunset were magical, and breakfast each morning — served with fresh fruit, Moroccan breads, and the most delicious coffee — was a dream. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was how well we were treated as guests and as people. My friend and I felt completely safe, respected, and cared for. The team gave us fantastic tips on where to go, how much to pay in the souks, and even helped us with booking dinner reservations and airport transfers. "Absolutely exceptional stay at Riad Saba! One of the biggest advantages is that the riad is car accessible with parking available right nearby—such a rare find in the Medina, where most hotels can’t offer this convenience. The owner is personally involved in the day-to-day management, which means that even the smallest operational issues are resolved immediately by the attentive staff. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and served by a kitchen organizer who truly goes above and beyond. The person who was helping with the luggage was another exceptional staff member. The rooms are beautifully authentic, tastefully designed in traditional Moroccan style, and the atmosphere throughout the riad is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and hassle-free experience in Marrakesh!"
