"One of the best family and regional small hotel we have visited in 20 years in Crete. They really are very small hotel, familial style but they do their best to provide high level services: multiple pool, breakfast, sun towels. Amazing quality for price.

Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. Blue Horizon is in my favorite location in Palaiochora, overlooking the sandy beach. It is in a quiet position only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the busy part of town.
