This is a beautiful 2 level beachfront penthouse, it has unobstructed ocean view from both terraces to relax, while watching the sunrise and sunset. You can enjoy an exclusive cold dipping pool (jacuzzi style) on the upper level of the penthouse and in the common areas the the pools and direct access to a large semi private beach!

Exclusive cold dipping pool (jacuzzi style) in the upper level of the penthouse and Has direct access to the beach and a kids and adults pool for the entire family to enjoy.

Breath taking view on both Balcony and Terrace, Fully equipped with Furniture, four 65'' Smart TV (in both living room and in the 2 bedrooms in the upper level) and Air conditioning in each bedroom and both living rooms.
With a full kitchen including washer/dryer, microwave, stove, oven, dining area, this condo is perfect for a vacation with family and friends!

The condo is great for families with kids and big groups. The ocean breezes and quiet location are very relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, gym, spa, waterparks, ect. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals and restaurants.
