The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. From the living area, you have direct access to both the garden and a large roofed terrace of 25 m2, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs. A separate WC is also available on this level.

The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a sleeping facility, and a private shower and WC. The second bedroom features 1 french bed of 160 cm alongside 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed, also with a private shower and WC. The third bedroom offers 1 french bed of 160 cm and its own shower and WC.

On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find the fourth bedroom, which is characterized by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 190 cm.
