Located in Platamona, the Double Room with sea view offers you a wonderful view of the sea. The 14 m² property consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, and is suitable for up to 2 people. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, but is not equipped with air conditioning. You can spend pleasant evenings on the private terraces, both open and covered, of this holiday home.  
  
Enjoy the convenience of a shared kitchen in this vacation rental. Outside, a pool (available from June through the end of September), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower are available for guests to use.  
  
The house is located in the private village of Selva, where guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach. The property is ideally situated for exploring the region, with Alghero just 46 km away and Alghero Fertilia Airport 40 km away. Other nearby destinations include Castelsardo (20 km), Porto Torres (10 km), Sassari (12 km), and the stunning La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, located 44 km from the villa.  
  
Please note that quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm.  
  
The host personally takes care of the pool cleaning every day to ensure guests have the best possible experience.
