### Holiday Home 'Nessi' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Casa Nessi is located in Sorso and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The house is located in the private village of Selva, where guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach. Please note that quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm, and the pool is available from June through the end of September. The property is ideally situated for exploring the region, with Alghero just 46 km away and Alghero Fertilia Airport 40 km away. Other nearby destinations include Castelsardo (20 km), Porto Torres (10 km), Sassari (12 km), and the stunning La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, located 44 km from the villa.  
  
The host personally takes care of daily pool maintenance to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience.  
  
A parking space is available on the property.
