We were met outside & taken into the apartment where everything was explained to us. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very spacious & the beds comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony & have breakfast. Wi-Fi was great & the bedrooms have air conditioning, so easy to sleep. The shower could have done with a shower mat as it was very slippery. The location was excellent - so close to the main square & the station. A great place to stay & enjoy Sorrento

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Sorrento and access restaurants, shops, and local attractions. One area for improvement is the hot water system. The boiler was not able to keep up with four guests, and the water would often turn cold after two people had taken showers. There was also a small leak from the water during our stay. The host was responsive and made an effort to address the issue, which we appreciated, but it was not fully resolved while we were there. Overall, this is a decent place to stay with a great location, but the hot water and boiler issues could be improved to provide a more comfortable experience for larger groups.
