Beware- there are lots of stairs if you are dragging heavy luggage! It is a bit winding from the gated street entrance to the hotel entrance, but you shouldn't have too much difficulty. The staff was wonderful, and it is located right in the city center, so you are walking distance to everything! The room was spacious, bed and pillows not to my liking but comfortable enough after a full day of adventures. It also took a while for the AC to cool the room. We had the Rose room (very private), and our children were in Lemon, both nice, and on the ground floor. There are even more stairs for those who get placed on the second floor. Great room. Really silent right at the middle of Sorento. Good breakfast at. Local bar. Also amazing. Special place. Special people. I highly recommend it.
