This daytime zone is furnished with a spacious double sofa bed and features a modern and fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an induction hob and everything necessary to prepare meals in complete autonomy.

The sleeping area is designed to offer maximum flexibility and comfort. The first bedroom is configured with two single beds, spacious and comfortable, which can be joined together if needed to form a comfortable double bed.

The second bedroom, the master bedroom, features a sumptuous king-size bed. This room boasts an adjoining private bathroom, also equipped with all amenities.



To complete the internal spaces there is a pleasant private terrace that offers a direct view onto the lively Via Fuoro.

• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.
