I cannot say enough on how helpful the staff was. We had an issue with the room the first day, Diane and Raja went out of their way in resolving issue and moved us to a different room. Incredible location. Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. This property is amazing. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Room was big, we had a balcony looking over the beautiful gardens. The cliff location was amazing with incredible views, sunsets, etc! Would book here again every time.
