Chegamos e encontramos um crachá de outro hóspede em cima da cama, ou seja, não foi limpo. O filtro de ar do banheiro tinha uma crosta de pó, não filtrava nada. A tv muito antiga e não aceitava Netflix ou outros. A academia uma vergonha, alguns pesos e uma esteira caindo aos pedaços. Camas barulhentas com colchão duro O café da manhã era bom, de resto, não recomendo.

Para começar a pia do lavatório entupida ,depois o duche frio, água quente não rolava,liguei, expliquei tudo,disseram para deixar correr a água fria,que acabaria por sair água quente,assim o fiz,água quente Nunca saia, estava no quarto número 14.Obviamente Não gostei,no frizer não havia Coka Zero,água com gás, só a água normal,café da manhã razoável, apesar de pouca oferta de frutas.....abacaxi nem o vi.... um 4 estrelas que + parece 2 estrelas.

O quarto confortável, tudo novo e possui uma vista linda. O café da manhã muito bom. A piscina é ótima com cadeiras de sol confortáveis. Observação: o hotel possui um barulho constante de motor que incomoda a noite. Os funcionários são cordeais. A localização é boa, para quem está de carro.

Hotel com quarto e propriedade bem espaçosa. Equipe muito cortês. Quarto muito grande. Gostamos do café da manhã com boa variação. Estacionamento grátis. Unico ponto negativo é que achei o barunho excessivo no quarto - ouvia-se o barulho da casa de máquinas do elevador durante a noite. O resto foi ótimo.

Foi uma boa estadia. A limpeza é ótima, o quarto é amplo, o chuveiro é excelente e o café da manhã é bem variado. Mas o hotel demonstra sinais de cansaço. No banheiro a parte interna da porta estava descascada e uma tela na parede estava solta. No quarto, o parafuso de uma luminária estava caído e o colchão, afundando no meio. O atendimento na recepção é ok e no café da manhã os funcionários trabalham de cara amarrada.

A única coisa que nos incomodou foi muito barulho na sexta-feira entre feriados. Às 7h30 da manhã começaram a martelar e fazer barulho, uma empresa de gesso, e isso foi muito chato. No sábado, muitos móveis arrastando em cima do nosso quarto, também bem cedo.

Decepção com o atendimento, mas bons quartos

Pros: Bom café da manhã e piscina. Quartos espaçosos e reformados. Contras: o atendimento deixou bastante a desejar. Em todos os setores do hotel havia pelo menos um funcionário que claramente não sabia lidar com o público e estava trabalhando de mau humor. Incluindo a gerente da recepção que respondeu a nosso pedido de extensão do horário de checkout com soberba e ironia, embora outros hóspedes que tinham fechado pacotes tivessem a oportunidade de ficar até as 16h. Um outro problema que tivemos foi com o time de recreação que usou microfone em uma atividade na região da piscina e o volume estava altíssimo, assustando crianças pequenas e uma bebê. Quando pedimos que o volume fosse abaixado, a monitora nos informou que se estávamos nos sentindo incomodados, que saíssemos da piscina, pois ela não iria atender ao nosso pedido já que ali era uma área pública. Nós sentimos bastante desrespeitados, pois outros hóspedes também estavam incomodados e tentando relaxar na piscina. Pagamos para usar aquela área assim como os outros hóspedes e não fomos previamente informados da programação e de que haveria a utilização irresponsável de microfone na principal área de lazer do hotel. Outro problema foi com a manutenção das dependências do hotel. O elevador parou de funcionar diversas vezes, o ralo do chuveiro e o vaso sanitário estavam entupidos e foi necessário chamar o time de manutenção. No outro quarto tiveram o mesmo problema com o ralo entupindo e água transbordando.
