"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. Great family vacation

"This was our first time visiting Germany and the house was as pictured. Our family of 8 fit comfortably. We had to ask for a few appliances that were listed in description (toaster and microwave) and the host responded promptly and dropped off the requested items. We ate a the local pizza place and it was delicious. We were close enough to multiple bigger cities and enjoyed those as well (Frankfurt, Cologne, Ramstein, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern). The wine the host had for us was also a nice bonus. Thank you from USA residents."

"Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try the restaurant at lunch but the menu looked good. Pretty area but next to a dry cleaners and some kind of factory, but there is a supermarket across the street."
