Relax in your own sauna or let the evening end with a good glass of wine by the cozy fireplace or in the rustic grill hut! Visit the Federal Garden Show in Bad Schwalbach, about 65 km away, from April 28th to October 7th, 2018! In our garden there is a swivel grill and charcoal ready for you, you can let the sun and your children and / or dogs run around freely. Your vacation home is a very spacious, detached vacation home, which you will occupy all by yourself. Nestled in the beautiful front Hunsrück and very close to the romantic Upper Middle Rhine Valley, it offers enough space for up to 8 people, children and pets are of course very welcome! Fields and forest start just 150m from the house. On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with fireplace, aquarium, cozy sofa corner, TV, dining table and access to the covered balcony with seating (possibility to smoke!). The large kitchen offers everything your heart desires, and you can also sit together on the corner bench. Bedroom 1 with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and countless storage options is right next to the daylight bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and wide sink. Next to it is bedroom 2 with a french bed. Bed (1.40mx 2.00m), wardrobe, sitting area and comfortable sofa. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance area. The 3rd in the basement Bedroom, here you have a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a separate French bed (1.40mx 2.00m), sofa and table, TV and wardrobes. Next door is the sauna (3 large beds) with the associated wet room (shower, toilet and sink). A washroom with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, iron and board complete the offer, as well as the free WiFi, toddler high chair, baby bath and two baby travel cots. The large, fully fenced garden invites you to play, run around or relax. Garden furniture, swivel grill and grill hut with solid wooden furniture invite you to linger. Die Zimmer waren alle recht groß und die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Die Küchenausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen.Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Der Hund war willkommen und hat sich wohlgefühlt.Grillhütte und Wintergarten haben wir wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht genutzt, dafür die Sauna. Im Ferienhaus haben wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Für die Hunde lagen eine Decke, Handtücher, Körbchen, Napf und Leckerlis bereit. Für uns eine Flasche Wein und ein paar Geschenke. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es war übrigens das erste Ferienhaus in dem ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und Tassen da waren...und nicht immer nur 4 Stück von allem. Es war ein sehr entspannter und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Eine sehr nette Begrüßung und kurze Führung durch Haus vom Vermieter. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten war ein Traum für unsere beiden Hunde zum Rennen und Spielen Außerdem natürlich eine wunderschöne Gegend zum Spazieren und Wandern und am Abend wartet die Sauna. Fijn huis voor de hond met de omheinde tuin. Je loopt de straat uit en je loopt zo tussen de weilanden, prima wandelplek. Boodschappen kun je doen in stromberg, daar zit een aldi, lidl en rewe. Uit eten is heerlijk bij de emrichershutte, op zo'n 6 km van het huis. Bezoek rudelsheim is aan te raden, parkeren in bingen am rein, oversteken met het pontje en met de lift naar boven naar het monument. ##### Lia V. Für unseren Hund stand ein Körbchen mit Decke Handtuch und Spielzeug bereit. Im Wohnzimmer empfing uns für unseren 3 Jährigen eine kleine Spielecke mit Tisch, Stuhl und Duplo Steinen. Den Tisch und den Stuhl konnte man als Hochstuhl zusammenstecken. Ein liebes Begrüßungsgeschenk lag ebenfalls bereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr groß und ordentlich. Die Sauna haben wir ebenfalls benutzt. Sie war kinderleicht zu bedienen und es lagen sogar Aufgüsse bereit. Erste Wanderwege begannen direkt die Straße hinunter an einem Feld. Ansonsten konnte man viele Ausflugziele mit dem Auto erreichen. Vor allem der Tierpark Rheinböllen und die Therme in Bad Kreuznach sind sehr zu empfehlen. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt hat man in Stromberg zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und freundlich und total unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas altmodisch, aber man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber geputzt. Alles war mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Wir sind durchweg begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. ##### Rhena E. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief komplikationslos und war sehr freundlich. Im Ferienhaus stand sogar ein Willkommens-Gruß für Mensch und Hund bereit!☺️ Das Haus war sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts! Für uns 6 Personen und zwei Hunde gab es ausreichend Platz im Haus und im Garten. Die Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Spaziergänge mit den Hunden. Alles in allem eine runde Sache!
