Eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinen privaten Garten und eigenem Stellplatz gehören ebenfalls dazu. Eine Bäckerei ist im Ort vorhanden. Erpfingen ist eine gute Basis für Wanderungen und Tagesausflüge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
