"Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. The restaurant staff - from servers to the chef’s all did a great job. I wish I had individual names to give. And the reception staff - Giang, Nam, Dat, and the others were always friendly and helpful. Next time we Come to Hanoi (to visit our kids) we will definitely choose Elegant Suites Westland. "
