About this property
Tuscan Villa Guest House
- Lovely, private guest house in the middle of an avocado orchard with spectacular views of the Channel Islands. The sunsets!! unbelievable! It feels like you're in the Tuscan hills of Italy, but with an ocean view in the distance. Tranquil and secluded but only 10 minutes from Camarillo Airport and the Camarillo Outlet stores, 20 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes to Malibu, 40 minutes to Santa Barbara, 1 hour North of Los Angeles. Cal State University Channel Islands is 15 minutes away.
The unit is 750 square feet and has stairs to it. There is no wheelchair access... sorry. The unit below is vacant and for owners storage.
The pool is only heated in the late spring, Summer and early Fall months. The spa can be heated in about an hour all year long.
