Overall, the house was nice, but there were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable.One thing that would have been helpful to know before booking is that there are stairs leading up to the bedrooms. We traveled with my elderly mother, and going up and down the stairs was difficult for her. Also, the second shower is located downstairs in the garage, which wasn’t very convenient.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home did not meet our expectations. There was a noticeable amount of hair left on the downstairs floor, crumbs on the floors and stairs, and used shower loofahs were left in one of the showers. We also found a dirty sheet pan in the oven that appeared to have been used to cook bacon by previous guests. In addition, there was food left in the fridge, even though one of the house rules states that guests should remove their food before checking out.With better communication about the layout and more thorough cleaning between guests, this property could provide a much better experience.
