"Cooked breakfast was lovely, and very good value for money, good selection of other breakfast foods too. Room was lovely and clean, staff all seemed very friendly. Bar was well stocked, we stayed for the 2 for 1 cocktails (they were a little strong for us - but for others that could be perfect) We also ate in the hotel for one evening, although the selection was maybe a little limited what we did eat was really good. Would happily recommend this hotel"

"For the most part this was a good hotel, our room was spotlessly clean, had an issue when we arrived with our first room, they were very accommodating and moved us to a new room (which I think was an upgrade). Was a decent stay with comfy beds etc, and decent amenities in the rooms. It does feel like it could do with a refurb though, looking tired in a few places. We didn’t use any of the restaurant facilities, but on the way out we were accused of racking up a bill in the restaurant. Which reception didn’t seem to believe was a mistake."

"Parking was a bit tricky to get in underneath to park n. but very secure. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for then. Because of our age we found the stairs a big challenge so probably would not return "

"Everything about this stay was perfect. It's the first Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in and it certainly won't be the last. Well done to them."
