"Offers a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Located outside of town (will need to take a Tuk Tuk) but a great location for peace and quiet. Breakfast is very good/filling and dinner offers a nice selection of food which was very good. Highly recommend."

All staffs including those at the reception, dining area, poolside, house keeping are exceptionally courteous, professional and ready and willing to help to make our stay extremely comfortable. Buffet breakfast has very good selection with attending staff. We will choose this hotel without hesitation when we visit Pasikuda in the future."

"The architecture of this inside-outside boutique hotel is in keeping with the environment and nature on grounds. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We also made use of the customer experience service to arrange private transfers and tours to all the local sites. It worked out very well. We had a lovely stay. "

L’emplacement dans la jungle était un gros plus, les sentiers sont élégamment illuminés la nuit et on peut y observer la faune locale. Calao, écureuil géant, lézard, et autres oiseaux. Les repas étaient délicieux et l’organisation proposée répondait parfaitement à nos besoins: services tuk tuk / jeep - safari Merci beaucoup!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. "

"Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "
