A short ferry ride away from Split, Šolta Island is love at first sight. The ocean is just a few minutes walk from the flat, just pick your swimming spot and unwind :)

This lovely private property offers you everything you need for a perfect couples holiday. Enjoy sunsets, and long walks, have a night swim, taste some good Mediterranean cuisine, and enjoy simple easygoing island life. Take time off from the city rush, and recharge your batteries in a serene natural setting.

The apartment is about 45m2/480 square feet with a terrace. It contains one large bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat TV, and a big closet. One big dining room with kitchen and restroom with shower. The apartment has air-conditioning unit.

Beautiful Šolta island is located 50 min ferry drive (people and vehicles) or 20 min speedboat drive (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.

The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing
We had the most wonderful time at lukas apartment. His dad met us at the port to make sure we didn’t get lost and then him and his wife welcomed us with a speciality local drink and showed us around the apartment. They made sure we had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable as well as giving us advice on the island. The apartment itself had everything we needed as well as thoughtful touches. The view from the terrace outside is stunning and looks back to split. The local beaches are beautiful with crystal clear water and Solta itself is a beautiful island. I couldn’t recommend the island or lukas apartment more!

Wonderful location on Śolta
A lovely, cosy apartment to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Well equipped and a few minutes walk to beaches, the port of Rogac, and even Grohote is easily reached on foot. The communication with Luka, the host, was prompt and very helpful and friendly. His mother welcomed me to show me around and made sure I had all I needed during my stay. The apartment and outdoor area are lovingly maintained to make you feel really comfortable. I can only recommend this place and the hosts, you're made feeling truly welcome and can enjoy a lovely little gem to explore the beautiful island of Śolta.
