  • This 18th-century stone house is located in a mountain village at an elevation of 750 meters, where tranquility reigns supreme. Renovated with respect for its history, it preserves the original materials and offers generous spaces for you and your loved ones.



    The heart of the house is the 130-square-meter living room with an inner courtyard: here you can cook together, share meals, or spend your evenings by the fireplace. The four bedrooms, each at least 36 square meters, feature private bathrooms to ensure maximum privacy.



    Outside, a spacious garden awaits you, complete with a terrace offering panoramic views of the valley. The 16-by-5-meter pool includes a shallow area perfect for relaxing in the sun. The outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy al fresco dining and moments of pure relaxation.



    You are in the heart of Food Valley and Motor Valley: 45 minutes from Parma, an hour from the Cinque Terre and Forte dei Marmi. Hiking trails start right from the house, while traditional restaurants and pizzerias await you just a 15- to 20-minute drive away.
