Great apartment

Very clean and tidy apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. Apartments have a upstairs which is great. Secure underground parking. Washing m/c (€3) and dryer (€2) available.

Very good location. Beds could be in better condition. Rest is fairly good. It would have been a great upgrade to have some sky lockers at the Parking. The reception attention quite good.

Self catering apartment in Andorran mountains.

Easy to locate, well equipped, clean, spacious accommodation with garage parking below for car. Within easy walking distance of town centre which was unfortunately pretty closed as we were there out of season in October. Scenery stunning and chambermaid Isobel was really helpful in contacting a receptionist as we arrived early. We would definitely use this type of accommodation again.

Nos encantó el apartamento. Dividido en dos plantas, la superior con dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro dos camas individuales con sd armarios y un baño con bañera y WC y el tocador con su lavabo fuera en el pasillo y en la planta baja cocina-comedor con mesa y cuarto sillas, con un baño con plato de ducha y un sofá cama . Todo super limpio, super equipado, no faltaba detalle y el plus del parking cubierto hizo que tuviéramos una grata estancia. Lo recomiendo.

El dpto es muy cómodo . Solo le hace falta mosquitero en las ventanas porque se meten los bichos por la noche. Yo viaje en verano y sino tenía la ventana abierta hacía mucho calor ya que el dpto no tiene aire acondicionado

Excelente opción familiar.

A pesar que solo pasamos una sola noche, definitivamente me hubiera gustado pasar todas las vacaciones aqui. Somos una famila de 5 y el tener 2 pisos nos dió mucho espacio para acomodarnos. Ademas tener 2 baños es todo un lujo.

Hébergement à éviter car ils cachent l'existence d'une taxe de séjour à payer par nuit et personne (> 16 ans) lors de la réservation. Le jour même de l'arrivée, cet hébergement m'envoie un courriel m'informant de l'existence de cette taxe et me réclamant de ce façon urgente le numéro de ma CB pour procéder a l'encaissement de la taxe. Comportement inacceptable ! Établissement à bannir de Hotels.com !

Perfect place for our regular ski trips to Soldeu

This is our 3rd visit to these apartments and it is perfect for a last minute, couple of days on the slope. It has everything you could want in the kitchen if you want to self cater but is also just 5 mins walk into the village. The bonus is snowy conditions is the underground carpark which has 1 space allocated for each apartment. To save the walk up to the ski lifts in boots each morning, simply drive to the main carpark under the gondola which is free for daytime use with a simple scan of your liftpass.

L’accueil a été parfait que ce soit par la femme de ménage qui m’a remis les clés ou le soir la réceptionniste qui deja au téléphone avait été vraiment plus que gentille. L’appartement est bien aménagé et bien équipé mais vraiment l’insonorisation est désastreuse..J’ai changé de chambre pendant pouvoir éviter les bavardages et rire de l’appartement au dessus pour au final dormir en bas sur le canapé pour éviter le bruit incessant des gens au dessus qui a croire déménageaient tout l’appartement à 1h du matin… Le bruit de la rue est aussi juste horrible et les couloirs n’en parlons pas… Il ne faisait pas non plus très chaud! Après top confort et délicates attentions mais ne pas dormir c’est juste pas possible …

We had a very comfortable stay, the hosts were both flexible with our arrival and checkout time and very responsive. The apartment itself was large and could fit another couple in the extra bedroom. We would stay here again.

Well equipped appt. We didn’t use the parking as we have a large car and it was too tight. Easy to check in and very organised. For the price it was a really good deal. The only negative is it is on the road so there was quite a bit of road noise.

Bonjour, Etant pourtant des habitués de cet établissement, au moins 4 eme fois, nous avons été forts déçus. En effet, le canapé etait tâché, sans cousins pour le dossier, juste le bois, Pas de code wifi personnel a l emplacement prévu, obligé de prendre celui affiché à l accueil. La cloche micro onde n a pas de dessus. Et pour finir la télécommande de la porte du parking ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait pourtant 1 voyant lumineux. Espérant recevoir un geste commercial de cotre part ou de celle de l'établissement. Si besoin, nous disposons des photos. Cordialement
