At the entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with a cozy dining table and direct access to the covered terrace with lake view, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for pleasant outdoor moments. The kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for preparing delicious meals to share with friends and family. The ground floor also houses a double bedroom with lake view and a complete bathroom with shower. Air conditioning on the ground floor is only present in the kitchen.



Going up to the upper floor, you will find a second master bedroom with a lake view and a room with two single beds. An additional bathroom with a complete shower completes the floor, offering comfort and privacy. An air conditioner placed on the stairs ensures comfort during hot summer days.
